Burgas: You can enjoy the Black Sea without leaving the city. Burgas has its own beach areas, making it easy to combine Eurovision plans with some time by the sea.

A good choice if you want both city life and the beach in the same place. Sunny Beach: Beach life is a much bigger part of the experience here. The resort is built around its long sandy coastline and seaside atmosphere.

If spending plenty of time at the beach is a priority during your trip, Sunny Beach has the advantage.

Transport

Burgas: Staying in Burgas keeps most of your city plans closer together. The city has local buses, taxis and access to Burgas Airport.

For a Eurovision-focused trip, it’s the simpler option if you want to minimise travelling between your accommodation and the city. Sunny Beach: Staying in Sunny Beach means planning some additional travel when you need to be in Burgas.

There are road and public transport connections between the two areas, but your journey should be part of the decision when choosing where to stay.

If your main priority is Eurovision and being based in Burgas, staying in the city is the simpler choice.
